Photography from the world of my imagination…

The Old Tree

Something a little different today.  A panorama created on my mobile.  Isn’t it amazing how much technology is marching onwards.  I took this in one of the local woods while walking the dogs.  Normally I would take my DSLR with me but on this occasion I couldn’t, so I decided that I’d play with my phone instead.  I wonder does that count as ‘iphoneography’ if you’re using a Samsung phone?  Panoramas are up near the top of things I want to get to grips with.  This wood is full of wonderful old trees like this one, I really need to spend more time there with my main camera.

Photography wise everything has gone on hold while the dining room is made over into a study.  This has involved emptying all the existing furniture out into the lounge to allow decorating etc.  Now you’d think this shouldn’t affect having fun with my camera, and normally you’d be right, except thanks to some outstandingly bad planning on my part, both the cameras and the main computer are buried right at the back of the pile.  So no new shots and no processing for me.  Of course it’s a really good incentive to get cracking and sort it all out.
